Additional Guidance

Select the answer that best describes the location of the event as specifically as possible. For locations that fall under two categories (such as a bathroom in an inpatient department), choose the more specific location (in the case of the example, the bathroom).

Mother/baby is also Postpartum.

“Cath lab” should be considered “Operating/procedure room.”
