In this case, the MRI is the relevant surgery or procedure. The wrist surgery to repair the fracture should be included in the “Complete Account” section, which is located under In the Event Summary tabsection.

The text that appears below the question now reads: “Please list surgeries or procedures that preceded the reported event, or during which the reported event occurred (e.g., knee surgery, central line insertion).”
