In many cases where more than one subevent types are chosen, they are not all necessary. Sometimes it's indicative of the need for a second report. Sometimes one event cascaded out of the other. Sometimes they're identifying the harm and the event type as subevent types. And sometimes it's accurate, but it does need review.
